When you go to the Doctors, you ALWAYS see a Pharma Rep (Lobbyist) waiting for them in their office, that Rep is ALWAYS a Pretty Female with Cash in her Briefcase, as well as Vacation Offers for the Doctors and other Expensive Gifts for the Doctors, IF AND ONLY IF, the Doctor promises to Prescribe a Certain Drug (created by the Pharmaceutical Company that the Pharma Lobbyist works for).
