Pakistan 'a failing state', says ISI chief
Pakistan's official report into the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden has found the mistakes made by the Pakistani government and military were so severe that the nation is a failing state.
Al Jazeera's Investigative Unit has obtained a copy of the Abbottabad Commission findings.
It reveals the extent of the failures at all levels of the Pakistani state.
And it concludes the country is suffering from what it calls: "governance implosion syndrome".
