If you think the Mayan 2012 hysteria was crazy, you ain't seen nothing yet! Saint Malachy predicted that the final pope would be called 'Peter the Roman'. Guess what the name is of one of the favorites to become the next pope?

  1. Um, ya, where does it say that in MalachI that the next POPE (Really? The Bible uses that term, eh?) will be called "Peter the Roman?" Please, oh so incredible bible prophecy expert - please show that to the "uneducated masses."

  2. Just to be clear, I thought we were talking about Malachi the Prophet. I just watched the video. Interesting. I don't buy it. But it is fascinating nonetheless.

  3. Sorry Chris, but St. Malachy has been EXTREMELY ACCURATE with regards to the Popes. Remember, he was the Bishop of Ireland in the 1100's! Let's give credit where credit is due, shall we?

  4. And many false prophets will arise and mislead many.”—Matthew 24:9, 11.

The words of Jesus plainly indicate that the antichrist is not a single person but is made up of many individual antichrists. Moreover, because they are false prophets, one of their main objectives is religious deception.

The word “antichrist” applies to all who deny what the Bible says about Jesus Christ, all who oppose his Kingdom, and all who mistreat his followers. It also includes individuals, organizations (the Catholic Church), and nations that falsely claim to represent Christ or that improperly ascribe to themselves the role of Messiah by presumptuously promising to achieve that which only Christ can do—bring about true peace and security.

  5. How Will False Religion End?

Picture the scene. A harlot is sitting on the back of a fearsome beast. The beast has seven heads and ten horns. (Revelation 17:1-4) Whom does the harlot represent? She exerts influence “over the kings of the earth.” She dresses in purple, uses incense, and is exceedingly wealthy. In addition, by means of her spiritistic practice, ‘all the nations are misled.’ (Revelation 17:18; 18:12, 13, 23) The Bible helps us to see that this harlot is a worldwide religious entity. She depicts, not any one religion, but all religions that produce rotten fruit.

The beast that the harlot rides pictures the world’s political powers.(Revelation 17:10-13) False religion straddles the back of this political beast, attempting to influence its decisions and to control its direction.

Soon, though, an amazing event will take place. “The ten horns that you saw, and the wild beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her devastated and naked, and will eat up her fleshy parts and will completely burn her with fire.” (Revelation 17:16) In a sudden, shocking move, the world’s political powers will turn on false religion and completely destroy her! What will prompt this action? The Bible book of Revelation answers: “God put it into their hearts to carry out his thought.” (Revelation 17:17) Yes, God will call false religion to account for all the despicable acts she has committed in his name. In a stroke of perfect justice, he will use her political paramours as his instrument of execution.

    1. Yes, but one of the identifying marks is -

Rev 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

Quite clearly, the gloriously spoken of 7 hills of Rome, the once centre of the world.

Also, she is called the 'mother of harlots', as her protestant children hold her doctrines.

Lastly, she was hated and burn't as a consequence of the French revolution, and its aftermath, when the Papacy lost it's power in Europe, and its temporal power in Italy (17889-1870 +).

Perhaps Revelation 17 is showing the first things last. It the end, she is weakened, before she will be destroyed forever.

Come out of her my people, is the scriptural call.

  6. Maybe the harlot isn't Italy, but Washington DC!

In 1663, the property that would become the Capitol's site was inscribed in the Maryland property records as “ROME,” and its owner was a man named Francis POPE.

Additionally, Washington DC, (or Rome, Maryland if you will) sits on 7 hills; Capitol Hill, Meridian Hill, Floral Hills, Forest Hills, Hillbrook, Hillcrest, and Knox Hill.

Also, the original documented 600 property lot number series fall directly through the Capitol Building lot. And lo and behold, wouldn't ya know it... the Capitol "square" just happens to sit on lot 666.

Washington sure as hell is just as much a seat of evil as the Vatican is, so I'm still 50/50 on which one of them it is that will be destroyed. I don't think we'd be so lucky that it was both of them! If only! LOL
